LIFT seeks to change child and parent behaviors that can promote adolescent delinquent behavior such as child oppositional, defiant, and antisocial behavior and parent discipline and monitoring practices.
Raising Healthy Children (RHC) Promising Academic Performance, Alcohol/Drugs/Tobacco, Behavioral Problems, Emotional Competency, Parenting, Reproductive Health, Social Competency Families, Providers Community-Based, Multi-Sector, School-based No Raising Healthy Children (RHC), previously known as the Seattle Social Development Project and SOAR (Skills, Opportunities, and Recognition), is a multi-component intervention. This program is designed to promote positive youth development, increase academic achievement, and reduce aggressive behavior by improving teaching practices and parenting skills and providing learning opportunities to students.

Marriage and Parenting in Stepfamilies Promising Communication, Parenting, Relationships Parents Community-Based No Marriage and Parenting in Stepfamilies (MAPS), a community-based, parent-education program based on the Parenting Through Change* curriculum, is designed to cultivate healthy adjustment in children by enhancing couples' relationships and parenting practices.  MAPS intends to prevent or reduce common difficulties and issues faced by members of new stepfamilies. *A separate Fact Sheet is available this program.

Coping Power Promising Alcohol/Drugs/Tobacco, Anger, Antisocial Behavior, Emotional Competency, Parenting, Social Competency Adolescents, Children, Parents Community-Based, School-based No Coping Power, a school- or community-based program, is designed to prevent substance abuse and subsequent delinquency in youth by increasing social skills, teaching self-control, and encouraging constructive parental participation.  Participants and their parents engage in cognitive-behavioral based sessions.
Focus on Youth in the Caribbean (FOYC) with Caribbean Informed Parents and Children Together (CImPACT) Promising Alcohol/Drugs/Tobacco, Communication, Parenting, Relationships, Reproductive Health, Sexual Assault, Social Competency, STI Adolescents, Parents School-based No Focus on Youth in the Caribbean (FOYC), a school-based, HIV/AIDS prevention program, includes a companion parent session called Caribbean Informed Parents and Children Together (CImPACT). The FOYC program is designed to improve adolescents' skills in decision-making and communication and prepare participants to practice safer sexual behaviors.

Fast Track Promising Academic Performance, Behavioral Problems, Emotional Competency, Parenting, Social Competency Adolescents, Children, Parents School-based No Fast Track was a family- and school-based, multi-year, multi-component intervention that was designed to help participants focus on academic achievement, improve social skills, and regulate emotions and consequent behaviors.  This intervention was intended to help children, who may be at high risk for academic failure and antisocial behavior, through the promotion of protective factors and reduction of risk factors.
