Nicole D. Hurlbutt, M.P.S., received her M.P.S. in Organization Development and Change from Penn State University; a B.M. in Music Composition from Penn State University, and a B.A. in Music from Lock Haven University. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at Penn State in Workforce Education and Development with an emphasis on human resource development and organization development. Initially, Nicole moved to Centre County to work within the non-profit sector. She has been with the University for over 10 years and worked in Outreach and Continuing Education for 5 years prior to joining the Clearinghouse. As the Director of Administration at the Clearinghouse, Nicole guides the strategic development of organizational projects that are focused on improving effectiveness and leads all administrative operations. Nicole is honored and excited to be a part of the Clearinghouse and to support the impactful work of the organization.
