Ellie E. McAdams, M.A., a Research Project Support Specialist with the Clearinghouse for Military Family Readiness at Penn State, received her M.A. from East Carolina University in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Social Work from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. She is passionate about work-related issues and common challenges individuals experience within the workplace. She enjoys spending time with her two dogs and family, watching movies, and playing board games.
