Phillip L. Ealy, Ph.D., a Children, Youth, and Families at Risk (CYFAR) Coaching Coordinator, received his Ph.D. in Workforce Education and Development and a Master of Professional Studies degree in Organization Development and Change from The Pennsylvania State University. He earned his B.S. in Communications from West Virginia State University. Phillip is a retired Army Officer who has spent time working with foreign military around the world including Korea, Czech Republic, Jordan, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Romania. His main focus is leadership and organization development. Phillip is passionate about military families and helping them overcome the challenges they face on a daily basis.
