Derek Estella-Croad, Learning Designer, received his M.A. in Higher Education and Adult Learning from Michigan State University and a B.A. in Education from the University of Michigan. He began his career as a K-12 classroom and mentor teacher and has been an instructional designer, developing engaging and authentic online courses, for the past 10 years.
