Kimberly McCarthy
Research Project Manager
Kimberly McCarthy, a Research Project Manager, has been with the Clearinghouse since 2013. She received her B.S. with high distinction in Health Policy and Administration and Human Development and Family Studies from the Pennsylvania State University, and she is certified as a health-education specialist and as a coach and trainer for a variety of evidence-based youth-development, parenting, and community-mobilization programs. In addition, she is a graduate of Leadership Centre County. Kimberly is currently involved in researching United States Army programming and disseminating data findings from a national, longitudinal study of veterans. Kimberly’s prior work focused on the application of evidence and evaluation to promote positive youth development and the health of underserved populations. Kimberly is grateful for the impactful work of her current position, and she strives to contribute to the Clearinghouse by embracing the perspectives of a community implementer, technical-assistance provider, master trainer, coach, grant writer, program developer, and military spouse.
