Army Community Services: Cost Benefit/Cost Effectiveness Analysis of Relocation Readiness Program
In partnership with the Army’s Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS G-9), the Clearinghouse conducted a process evaluation of the Army’s Relocation Readiness Program. The process evaluation findings indicate a large amount of implementation inconsistency that ruled out the practicality of an outcome evaluation. Thus, the Clearinghouse is working with an RRP installation-level advisory group to create an online toolkit for all Army RRP staff to standardize the programming of RRP Army regulations across installations. This toolkit will contain guidance, tools, and examples to improve standardization in the delivery of information and services to relocating Soldiers and Family members. The new resources are being produced to position the RRP to conduct an outcome evaluation and then a Cost Benefit/Cost Effectiveness analysis.
